a. PURPOSE
The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Beesline Facial Mud Mask as a result of multiple application within 2 weeks.
b. METHOD
The method used was based on the consumer perception. 25 subjects having oily & prone skin were included in this study. A questionnaire was distributed to them. They were advised to use the mask once per day (at night) for a period 2 weeks.
c. RESULTS
All subjects completed the study as planned. Significant purifying, antibacterial & soothing effects were detected at the end of the study. There were no adverse effects reported during the study and compliance to the use of formulation was excellent.
d. CONCLUSION:
The findings reported demonstrate that the product: Facial Mud Mask has effective purifying, antimicrobial & soothing actions. No volunteers experienced any hypersensitivity reaction. Therefore, it may be concluded that the test done on the Beesline Facial Mud Mask is safe and efficient. However, a study involving larger popula-tion of subjects will be desirable.
