To assess the efficacy of "Whitening Day Cream" in skin lightening through measurement of ITA clarity and through self-assessment.
RESULTS
VARIATIONS IN THE LUMINANCE (CLARITY) L* AND ITA° (CHROMAMETRY)
ITA° is a complex parameter combining L* and a blue-yellow chromaticity parameter. The parameter is expressed in degrees and ranges from 10° (very dark) to >55° (very light). A lightening effect thus gives rise to an increase in the ITA° value.
